Female heel pain is a gynecological disease

Due to physical reasons, women are more likely to suffer from heel pain than men, especially women who have given birth or reached a certain age. If the pain is persistent, some women may think it is caused by gynecological disease. So, is women’s heel pain a gynecological disease?

Heel pain in women is generally not a gynecological disease. The causes of heel pain are quite complicated, including gout, myofasciitis, fasciitis and other endocrine causes. Therefore, heel pain still needs to be diagnosed and treated by a professional doctor in the hospital. In clinical medicine, we can see that some postmenopausal women suffer from increased bone calcium loss, low bone density, decreased normal bone density, and optical destruction of the bone membrane due to long-term estrogen deficiency, which makes the bone tissue loose and ductile, and they are prone to fractures. The stretching of muscles and tendons during activities will lead to further destruction of the loose bone and cause pain. Some patients may experience heel pain.

Causes of heel pain in women

1. Tendon inflammation symptoms

Each person's heel is composed of 33 joints and more than 100 tendons and tendons. The lowest part of the ankle fracture is connected to the tendons of the sole of the foot. If the tendon is inflamed, pain may occur in the ankle joint, that is, the heel. Many female friends often wear high heels for a long time, which can cause muscle strain or inflammation and heel pain.

2. Heel bone hyperplasia

If the heel is not bruised, sprained, swollen or broken, but heel pain occurs after standing or sitting for a long time, it may be caused by heel bone hyperplasia. This kind of situation is more common in middle-aged or elderly women.

3. Osteoporosis

In addition, in addition to improper wearing of shoes and bone hyperplasia in the feet, osteoporosis is also one of the possible causes of heel pain. When people reach a certain age, the bone hyperplasia in the body begins to loosen, which will also be reflected in ankle fractures.
