What should we pay attention to if the follicles do not develop well?

The most important thing for women is the function of the uterus and ovaries. The ovaries help women release ovulatory follicles. Therefore, if a woman is in poor health, the follicles may not develop well, which will lead to the inability to fertilize with sperm. Therefore, when you encounter these phenomena, you must pay attention to conditioning, so that you can keep your body healthy and have a healthy baby.

The process of B-ultrasound follicle monitoring: Clinically, B-ultrasound is used to monitor follicles. Under normal circumstances, it starts from the eighth day of menstruation and is done every two days. During the monitoring process, if the diameter of the follicle is found to reach 17mm, B-ultrasound should be done every day until the diameter of the follicle increases to 20mm.

You should do B-ultrasound twice a day until ovulation and then stop doing it. Although the process of monitoring ovulation through B-ultrasound is relatively complicated, its accuracy is quite high. B-ultrasound uses a frequency of 3.5 MHz. By observing the overall condition of the ovaries, the observer will record the number and size of follicles, as well as the number of days of menstruation.

The cycle of follicle monitoring is relatively long, so we would like to remind all female friends to have a fixed doctor to do B-ultrasound. The same doctor should have the same examination habits to ensure the accuracy of the results of each monitoring. Different institutions or doctors use different equipment, and different doctors use the same equipment, and the results of the measurements will be different.

Many infertile women do not think that their infertility is caused by abnormal ovulation or poor follicular development because they do not have irregular menstruation or early or late menstruation, and their basal body temperature cycle is normal.

When you encounter immature follicle development, you must pay attention to the above matters and adjust them in time. If your symptoms are more serious, you can go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination so that you can know the cause in time. If necessary, you can also use appropriate medication to adjust it, so that you can get better as soon as possible.
