How to calculate the safe period after menstruation

How to calculate the safe period after menstruation

Many female friends like to have sex during the safe period so as not to get pregnant. However, many female friends are not quite sure how many days after cleansing is the safe period, nor do they know how to calculate it. So let an authoritative expert tell us how many days after cleansing is the safe period and the testing method.

The safe period generally refers to the first seven days before menstruation and the eight days after menstruation begins. However, this is only for women with normal menstrual cycles. If the menstrual cycle is disordered, the safe period cannot be considered. Therefore, if the menstrual cycle is stable, the chance of pregnancy is relatively small. If the menstruation is irregular, it is still possible to cause pregnancy.

The period from the end of menstruation to the beginning of ovulation is relatively safe. This requires calculating your ovulation period first.

The calculation formula for ovulation period is:

First day of ovulation = the number of days in the shortest menstrual cycle minus 18 days

The last day of ovulation = the longest menstrual cycle minus 11 days

Before using this formula to calculate, you are required to observe and record your menstrual cycle for 8 consecutive times to obtain the longest and shortest days of your menstrual cycle. Substituting the numbers obtained into the above formula will represent the start and end time of your "ovulation period" respectively. (The menstrual cycle is calculated from the first day of this menstrual period to the first day of the next menstrual period)

If your longest menstrual cycle is 30 days and the shortest is 28 days, substitute the formula into the formula:

The first day of ovulation = 28 days - 18 days = 10 days The last day of ovulation = 30 days - 11 days = 19 days

That is, your "ovulation period" starts on the 10th day of this menstruation and ends on the 19th day of this menstruation.

It seems that the safe period is from the end of your menstruation to the first day of your menstruation, and the 10th day is considered safe period. However, it is important to calculate the ovulation period accurately, otherwise using the safe period for contraception may fail.

The above is the relevant article about the safe period within a few days after cleansing. I hope that after reading the above article, everyone will know how to calculate their own safe period, so that they can feel at ease when having sex in the future.
