What is the cause of lower abdominal pain and abnormal leucorrhea?

It is very common and normal for women to have leucorrhea occasionally. However, many people have more leucorrhea or feel pain in the lower abdomen. We all know that the formation of leucorrhea is closely related to the estrogen in our body. But why do some people have abnormal leucorrhea or pain in the lower abdomen?

1. Leucorrhea is a white liquid that flows out of the vagina of women. Leucorrhea is divided into physiological leucorrhea and pathological leucorrhea. Pathological leucorrhea is mostly caused by inflammation. Common pathological leucorrhea in clinical practice include: colorless, transparent, sticky leucorrhea; white or grayish yellow foamy leucorrhea; curd-like leucorrhea; watery leucorrhea, etc. If the amount of leucorrhea is excessive and the color is yellow, you should be alert to the symptoms of gynecological inflammation, such as vaginitis, cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc.

2. Abnormal leucorrhea is often a signal of female internal genital infection, such as candidal vaginitis, Trichomonas vaginitis, cervical erosion, gonorrhea and endometritis. Clinically, leucorrhea is yellow or white in color, foamy or thin, and may be accompanied by symptoms such as odor.

3. Pelvic inflammatory disease. Typical symptoms are fever, lower abdominal pain that is resistant to pressure, and excessive, purulent vaginal discharge. May be accompanied by fatigue, low back pain, and menstrual disorders.

The above introduces what abnormal leucorrhea and lower abdominal pain are. When this happens, we cannot use some medicines casually. We must refuse some infections and develop good habits of maintaining genital hygiene. We cannot use soaps, shower gels or shower gels to wash the genitals.
