What kind of disease is vaginitis positive

What kind of disease is vaginitis positive

Recently, a Ms. Zhang consulted our platform via email, wanting us to explain in detail in the article what kind of gynecological disease positive vaginitis is. Many people may be unfamiliar with this term, but now more and more women are finding that they are positive for vaginitis during physical examinations. The positive vaginitis mentioned here actually refers to positive bacterial vaginosis, which is a more complicated gynecological disease. Let me explain it to you in detail.

Bacterial vaginitis can be divided into Haemophilus vaginitis, Corynebacterium vaginitis, Hypoxic bacterial vaginitis, Gardnerella vaginitis, etc.; this disease is caused by a mixed infection of vaginal Gardnerella and some hypoxic bacteria, can be transmitted through sexual contact, and the incidence is higher among people with promiscuous sexual relations. In clinical practice, a large number of pus balls and pathogenic bacteria can be found through smear examination of secretions, but there will be no trichomonas and fungi in the secretions.

Bacterial vaginosis is a syndrome caused by the imbalance of vaginal microecology, which is characterized by increased vaginal discharge, fishy leucorrhea, and vulvar itching and burning. It can cause infertility, affect fetal development, and induce other diseases.

It can be divided into Haemophilus vaginitis, Corynebacterium vaginitis, hypoxic bacterial vaginitis, Gardnerella vaginitis, etc. This disease can also be transmitted through sexual contact, and the incidence rate is higher among people with promiscuous sexual relations. A smear examination of the secretions can reveal a large number of pus balls and find the pathogenic bacteria.

Since it was reported in 1954, it has been called Haemophilus vaginitis, Corynebacterium vaginitis and nonspecific vaginitis due to unclear understanding of its pathogen. It was not until 1984 that it was officially named BV at a special international conference in Sweden.

The antigen of trichomoniasis is Trichomonas vaginalis, which can easily reproduce in a low acidic environment. Experts say that once women are infected with Trichomonas vaginitis, it is extremely difficult to cure, is prone to recurrence, and can be easily transmitted through sexual intercourse. Therefore, women should pay attention to the symptoms of Trichomonas vaginitis, learn to self-diagnose Trichomonas vaginitis, and detect and treat the disease early. This is a better or even a good choice for both yourself and others.

To put it simply, a positive vaginitis test means vaginitis, but this term is more professional. When female friends are treating positive bacterial vaginosis, the main treatment is medication. Traditional physical therapy is very slow to take effect, but it does not mean that it cannot be cured. Of course, in order to make the treatment more effective, we must also maintain good cleaning habits in our daily lives.
