How to treat leucorrhea with pus and blood?

General treatment

Aggressive treatment can eliminate susceptibility factors. Keep the vulva clean and dry and avoid scratching. It is not advisable to eat spicy and irritating foods, the effect is very good. Change your underwear frequently and wash it with warm water. Do not mix it with other clothes to avoid cross infection.

Drug therapy

1. Trichomonas vaginitis The trichomonas of Trichomonas vaginitis exist in the glands of the wrinkles and cervix, and also in the urethra and intestines, so it should be treated both internally and externally.

(1) Oral use of anti-trichomonal drugs, such as metronidazole, 200 mg each time, 3 times a day for 7 days. After taking the medicine, test for Trichomonas. If the result is negative, the patient should continue treatment for one course after the next menstruation to consolidate the therapeutic effect.

(2) Local treatment at the same time, such as flushing the vagina with Jiaoyan feminine care solution or 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution once a day.

2. To treat candidal vaginitis, you can use Jiaoyan Cleansing Vaginal Wash to rinse the vulva and vagina or take a sitz bath. After gently drying, place 250,000 units of nystatin suppository deep in the vagina, or apply nystatin cream on the vaginal wall, once a night or once in the morning and evening for a total of 10 to 14 days. For example: Jiaoyan disinfectant gel, once in the morning and once in the evening.

3. The preferred drug for nonspecific vaginitis is metronidazole, 500 mg orally, twice a day, for 7 days. It can also be applied topically, 200 mg each time, inserted into the vagina, with 7 days as a course of treatment. Clindamycin 300 mg, orally, twice a day for 7 days; or 2% clindamycin ointment, vaginally, once a night for 7 days.

4. Treatment of senile vaginitis: Senile vaginitis can be treated by local vaginal medication, such as flushing the vagina with Jiaoyan feminine care solution or 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution once a day to increase vaginal acidity. For patients with more severe inflammation, estrogen therapy is used as an adjunct. 0.125-0.25 mg of diethylstilbestrol is inserted into the vagina once every night, and one course of treatment is 7 days.

When the patient's leucorrhea is purulent and bloody, a cervical examination should be performed to prevent cervical diseases. At this time, symptomatic treatment should be taken. Patients should remember that no matter what symptoms of abnormal leucorrhea are, it is harmful to the body and will also affect the patient's normal life. Patients must find the cause of the disease and use the correct treatment method to treat it, so that the condition will improve.
