What should I do if I bleed after 50 days of ectopic pregnancy?

Sometimes, women are very happy thinking that they are pregnant because the blood test shows that the level of testosterone is elevated. Women are joyfully preparing to become mothers, but after a while, they experience bleeding from their lower body. When they check again, they find that it is an ectopic pregnancy, and the bleeding has already occurred. Many people will panic. Ectopic pregnancy usually ruptures and bleeds heavily around 50 days. So, what should you do at this time?

Women of childbearing age may be pregnant but suddenly experience persistent or recurrent lower abdominal pain, which may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, anal prolapse and other discomforts. In severe cases, the patient may become pale, sweat, have cold limbs, and may even faint or go into shock. Some patients have irregular vaginal bleeding, which is usually less than the menstrual volume. The typical symptoms of ectopic pregnancy can be summarized into three major symptoms, namely: amenorrhea, abdominal pain, and vaginal bleeding.

Ectopic pregnancy is a dangerous gynecological acute abdomen and must be treated with high vigilance.

1. Actively prevent and treat salpingitis. Since chronic salpingitis is a common cause of ectopic pregnancy, it is very important to prevent and treat salpingitis. Pay attention to hygiene after delivery, after miscarriage and during menstruation to prevent infection, and seek prompt and thorough treatment to avoid future problems.

2. Temporary emergency health care. Once tubal pregnancy is confirmed, blood transfusion should be given immediately to replenish blood loss, and laparotomy should be performed to remove the lesion.

3. Conservative treatment and health care to preserve reproductive function. For some patients with mild symptoms, such as those with little internal bleeding and good general condition, a non-surgical treatment plan combining Chinese and Western medicine can be applied. Non-surgical treatment must also be performed in the hospital, and blood pressure and pulse must be closely monitored, and preparations for surgery must be made to prevent accidents from being too late for rescue. If the condition does not improve, surgical treatment should be performed immediately.

The incidence of ectopic pregnancy is getting higher and higher, so every woman of childbearing age should be prepared, or at least have a deep understanding and mastery of this knowledge. It is best to check it yourself. It is difficult to tell whether it is a normal pregnancy in the early stages. Therefore, an ultrasound examination should be performed as soon as possible to ensure that the gestational sac is in the uterus.
