3. Menstrual irregularities due to deficiency and cold: 100 grams of mutton, 1 piece of ginger cut into slices, a little seasoning salt, eat the meat and drink the soup after cooking.

4. Menstrual disorders due to blood deficiency: 10 grams of angelica, 2 eggs, and 50 grams of brown sugar. Put the angelica in an appropriate amount of water and boil it. After the water boils, beat in the eggs and add brown sugar after the eggs are cooked. Eat eggs and drink soup, take 1 dose after each menstruation.

5. Menstrual irregularities: 6 lotus root nodes, 50 grams of brown sugar, decocted and taken.

6. Early menstruation: 500 grams of dried celery, 2 bowls of water, boil into 1 bowl, take regularly.

Diet during menstruation

Many women experience symptoms such as breast pain, abdominal distension, lower abdominal pain, fatigue, depression, and insomnia before menstruation. If you pay attention to diet before and during menstruation, you can reduce these discomforts.

Once the patient has irregular menstruation, she actually needs to keep warm in the week before menstruation. And as for the diet, it actually needs to be light. And you should eat easily digestible and nutritious food. It is recommended that people with irregular menstruation eat more beans for the sake of their health.
