About 7 days earlier or later is still within the normal range, and the length of the cycle varies from person to person.

Normal menstruation lasts for 2 to 7 days, with an average of about 5 days. The amount of menstrual flow is difficult to calculate, and clinically, the amount is roughly estimated by the number of times menstrual pads are changed daily.
