What should I do if I have dull pain in my lower abdomen and leucorrhea with blood?

Many women may experience symptoms of vaginal bleeding during their non-menstrual period. Not only will there be bleeding symptoms, but there will also be lower abdominal pain and blood in the leucorrhea. Many female friends cannot sleep well at night, and their sexual life is not so good. Some even do not want to eat because of the pain. So what is going on?

Generally speaking, some women will experience ovulation bleeding during their ovulation period, also known as mid-menstrual bleeding, which refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is needed. If the bleeding is heavy or affects fertility, medication can be used for treatment.

Ovulation bleeding occurs when the ovulation of the follicle causes fluctuations in hormone levels in the body, leading to the shedding of the endometrium and causing bleeding. The amount is usually small and not easy to detect. In this case, a gynecological examination is required to rule out inflammation, endometrial lesions, tumors, etc. Generally, no treatment is required, and symptomatic treatment is only required when bleeding is heavy. In a normal woman's menstrual cycle, the 12th to 14th day is the date of ovulation. At this time, due to the rupture of the follicle and the fluctuation of estrogen, the vascular permeability changes and red blood cells leak out of the blood vessels, causing a small amount of vaginal bleeding. This is the ovulation bleeding phenomenon. Leucorrhea is a normal physiological phenomenon of women. It may seem insignificant, but it is a major signal of women’s health. The appearance of colored leucorrhea does not make your life colorful, but on the contrary makes it dull.

Healthy leucorrhea should be white and odorless, and is usually more common before and after menstruation, during ovulation and pregnancy. Light yellow or white vaginal discharge is normal.

Leucorrhea and lower abdominal pain are mostly caused by gynecological diseases, including vaginitis or other diseases. If the situation is serious, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time. Women must pay attention to some eating habits in their daily lives, especially diet and hygiene during menstruation.
