First of all, you can supplement calcium at 19 weeks of pregnancy. Secondly, the fetus's bones and teeth begin to calcify at 4-5 months of pregnancy; calcification accelerates at 8 months of pregnancy; by full term, all 20 deciduous teeth have been formed. To this end, 300 mg of elemental calcium should be supplemented daily after four or five months of pregnancy, and 500 mg of elemental calcium should be supplemented daily after seven months of pregnancy. Amino acid chelated calcium is currently on sale, each tablet contains 462.5 mg of calcium. One tablet a day is enough. For those who eat less meat, take 1.5 to 2 tablets a day.
