What is the reason for anal itching and blood in stool

In our lives, there are many diseases that we are reluctant to go to the hospital for treatment. For example, anal disease is one of the simplest examples. In our lives, there are many common symptoms of anal itching. Most people do not go to the hospital for examination. Some people even have blood in their stools at this time. What causes anal itching and blood in the stool?

1. Anal skin diseases. Such as anal eczema, neurodermatitis, ringworm, various warts, sexually transmitted diseases, sweat glanditis, etc., feces adhere to the anal folds, irritate the skin and cause itching.

2. Anorectal diseases. Such as anal fissure, anal fistula, hemorrhoids, anal sinusitis, anal papillitis, rectal prolapse, anal incontinence, etc., which increase the secretions at the anus and irritate the skin with moisture, causing itching.

3. Parasitic diseases. Such as exuviae, ascariasis, vaginal trichomoniasis, pubic lice, scabies, etc., can cause anal itching.

4. Endocrine diseases. For example, patients with anorectal diseases may experience itching due to stimulation of the anus caused by the disease; patients with diabetes may experience itching due to increased sugar content in their skin, which stimulates nerve endings; and patients with hyperthyroidism may experience itching due to excessive sweating, increased basal metabolic rate, and emotional tension.

5. Allergic reaction. Eating irritating foods, such as peppers, mustard, spices, alcohol or specific protein foods, and taking certain medications, such as sulfonamide antibiotics, can all cause anal itching due to allergies.

The above reasons are only individual reasons. Some are also due to the long-term use of some irritating sanitary products. Toilet paper is the most common one. It is best to buy pure cotton underwear, which will not have any effect on the body. However, some are caused by seasonal changes and bleeding in the stool, so you should eat more digestible food.
