3. Sit with knees bent and legs straight.

These two movements can effectively train the abdominal muscles. The seated knee bend is not difficult to do. Sit on the ground with your legs stretched out, at an angle to the ground. Girls should do it frequently, which can strengthen the waist muscles and burn fat.
