Although eating sesame seeds is good for hair, eating too much will accelerate baldness. Eating too much black sesame powder will disrupt your endocrine system, cause your hair to feel greasy, and cause your hair to wither and fall out. Therefore, the most appropriate intake of black sesame powder should be half a teaspoon per day, not more than one teaspoon. In addition, people with poor appetite and sticky stools are not suitable to eat too much black sesame.

1. Take the black sesame powder seeds (you can also use sesame seeds) purchased from the market, remove impurities and sieve the powder, then wash and soak them in cold water for 6 to 8 hours;

2. Drain the water from the fully absorbent white sesame seeds, spread a layer of damp white gauze in the container, then spread the seeds evenly on the gauze, and cover the seeds with a piece of dark brown cloth;

3. Sprinkle water once in the morning and at noon every day, and flush once at night to keep the gauze damp and clean;

4. Generally, the white sesame will turn white in about a day. After 3 days, the white sesame sprouts will have grown 1 cm.

5. After 5 days, when the sesame sprouts grow to about 3 cm, water them as little as possible and frequently to prevent water from rotting the seedlings. Sprinklers or sprayers should be used to maintain the relative humidity of the air at about 80%;

After 6, 8 to 10 days, the white sesame sprouts will grow to 5 cm in height and can be harvested.
