Causes of Mycoplasma Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Causes of Mycoplasma Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Many married women suffer from endocrine disorders due to work pressure and busy life, which leads to gynecological inflammation. The most common one is pelvic inflammatory disease. Most of them are caused by unhygienic sexual life and not paying attention to the private parts. We don’t know the specific reasons. The following article is to understand the causes of pelvic inflammatory disease.

The main pathogens that cause pelvic inflammatory disease are: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, anaerobic bacteria, and sexually transmitted pathogens (such as gonococci, Chlamydia trachomatis, mycoplasma, and herpes virus).

The main causes of acute pelvic inflammatory disease are postpartum or abortion infection, postoperative infection after intrauterine surgery, poor menstrual hygiene, and direct spread of inflammation from adjacent organs. Acute pelvic inflammatory disease can cause the body to develop acute endometritis and acute myometritis, acute salpingitis, pyosalpinx, tubo-ovarian abscess, acute pelvic connective tissue inflammation, acute pelvic peritonitis, sepsis and septicemia, etc. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is often caused by failure to thoroughly treat acute pelvic inflammatory disease, or by the patient's poor physical constitution and prolonged course of the disease. It can cause chronic salpingitis and hydrosalpinx, salpingo-oophoritis and tubo-ovarian cysts, and chronic pelvic connective tissue inflammation.

So why are some women more susceptible to pelvic infections?

There may be several reasons: physical weakness after childbirth or abortion, the cervix has not closed well, or bleeding lasts for a long time, and tissue is retained; not paying attention to hygiene during menstruation, using unclean menstrual pads, having sex during menstruation, etc. Once there is a pelvic infection, it may manifest as chills and fever, loss of appetite, back pain, increased vaginal discharge, and varies depending on the severity and range of the inflammation. For example, the formation of a mass can compress the bladder and rectum, causing a series of accompanying symptoms such as anal swelling and frequent urination. It often worsens after fatigue, sexual intercourse, and before and after menstruation. If you go to the hospital for a check-up, you may find cervical motion pain, uterine tenderness, adnexal masses, etc.

The above explains to all female friends the causes of Mycoplasma pelvic inflammatory disease. I would like to appeal to everyone to pay attention to personal hygiene, especially before sexual intercourse. You must do a good job of cleaning. You must also give yourself time to rest despite the daily stress of life.
