(2) Take 12g each of white peony root, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Ophiopogonis, 10g each of raspberry, wolfberry, schisandra chinensis, and plantago seed, 25g of raw rehmannia, 9g each of dodder seed, radix rehmanniae, and donkey-hide gelatin. Boil them together in water and take them in 3 doses, 1 dose per day.

(3) Take 15g each of wild chrysanthemum, Cnidium monnieri, Herba Lycopodii, Scutellaria barbata, 20g each of honeysuckle, Forsythia suspensa, Salvia miltiorrhiza, 6g of Panax notoginseng, 10g each of Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, raw Pollen Typha, raw licorice, and 12g of Trillium. Boil them together in water and take them in 3 doses, 1 dose per day.
