High urine protein in pregnant women is generally caused by urinary tract infection. Immune foods rich in phytonutrients and antioxidants can be used to nourish and regulate the immune system function, improve immunity, help the body resist cell and viral invasion, remove waste toxins from the body, and restore human health.

Urinary tract infection is an inflammation of the urinary tract caused by microorganisms (mainly bacteria). The incidence of urinary tract infection is quite high, and it is more common in women, especially pregnant women. Current treatments for urinary tract infections:

1. Symptomatic supportive treatment;

2. Treatment targeting pathogens (cefazolin sodium, norfloxacin);

3. Maintain water and electrolyte balance;

4. All patients are encouraged to drink more water. Patients who drink less water should be given infusion to ensure that the daily urine volume is above 2000ml.

5. Some patients can take Chinese medicine. Anti-infection drugs can be selected from 1 gram of enhanced sulfamethoxazole, twice a day, 80,000 units of gentamicin tablets, three times a day, 0.2 gram of norfloxacin, three times a day. In severe cases, 2-4 grams of ampicillin or 0.4-0.6 grams of amikacin can be intravenously dripped; ④ For those with obvious symptoms of urethral irritation, appropriate amounts of antispasmodics and analgesics can be used, such as 5-10 mg of scopolamine, orally three times a day, or 0.3-0.6 mg of atropine tablets, three times a day.

The symptoms of proteinuria in women are a group of syndromes with systemic arteriolar spasm as the basic lesion, mainly manifested as increased blood pressure, proteinuria and edema. Because of spasm of small arteries throughout the body, peripheral vascular resistance increases, which in turn increases the afterload of the heart. Due to ischemia and hypoxia of glomerular capillary spasm, kidneys may have edema and proteinuria. At the same time, cerebral blood vessels also spasm, leading to dizziness, headache, and vomiting. What's more serious is that when the motor center of the brain is ischemic and hypoxic, patients may have local or systemic convulsions, coma, and even cerebral edema and cerebral hemorrhage.
