Why is there bleeding in early pregnancy?

Pregnant women should pay attention to their physical safety during pregnancy. If there is a problem, they should take timely treatment methods to ensure the safety of the patient and avoid putting the pregnant woman in danger due to problems. So why does bleeding occur in early pregnancy? Let me introduce this issue to you below.

1 Miscarriage Miscarriage is the most common cause of bleeding in early pregnancy. There are often precursors, manifested as a small amount of vaginal bleeding after menopause, and mild lower abdominal pain or lumbosacral pain a few hours to a few days after the bleeding. After ultrasound diagnosis of intrauterine pregnancy, some patients are able to continue their pregnancy after rest and fetal preservation treatment; but some patients have increased vaginal bleeding, aggravated lower abdominal pain, or vaginal discharge, in which case miscarriage is often difficult to avoid. About half of miscarriages are due to chromosomal abnormalities in the embryo or fetus, that is, congenital defects. Therefore, miscarriage is often a phenomenon of natural selection in nature and should be viewed with a normal mind.

2 Ectopic pregnancy Ectopic pregnancy refers to the fertilized egg not implanting in the uterine cavity, but implanting outside the uterus. The conceptus that implants outside the uterine cavity cannot develop normally, and the ratio of estrogen and progesterone in the body changes, which can easily cause the decidua to separate from the uterine wall, manifesting as irregular vaginal bleeding. Since ectopic pregnancy is also a "pregnancy", patients often also experience amenorrhea. Once an ectopic pregnancy is diagnosed, the patient must be hospitalized as soon as possible, because heavy bleeding from ectopic pregnancy rupture (the blood often flows into the pelvic and abdominal cavity) can cause hemorrhagic shock or even death. Therefore, if the pregnancy test shows that you are pregnant but you continue to have vaginal bleeding, you should go to the hospital's obstetrics and gynecology department for a check-up to determine whether it is an ectopic pregnancy or other problems.

3. Hydatidiform mole is often manifested by irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause. At the same time, there is often abnormal enlargement of the uterus, bilateral luteinized ovarian cysts, abnormal increase of the pregnancy marker HCG, etc. Ultrasound examination is very helpful for diagnosis. Once diagnosed with hydatidiform mole, the patient should be hospitalized as soon as possible. Timely uterine curettage is one of the main diagnostic and treatment measures.

4 Pregnant women are too tired. If pregnant women are too tired or have high work pressure, they may experience a small amount of vaginal bleeding. The symptoms can be improved by resting in bed more. Although bed rest is the best way to maintain pregnancy, when bleeding is first discovered, it is best to ask a doctor for a clear diagnosis to avoid missing the opportunity for treatment.

The above is my opinion on this issue. If the patient has the above problems, the patient should pay attention to taking timely treatment methods and corresponding treatments. This will ensure the safety and health of the patient and avoid dangerous situations caused by the above problems, thereby threatening the patient's health.
