Treatment for vaginal lumps

The excessive pressure of life nowadays has caused many female friends to suffer from too many gynecological diseases. Gynecological diseases generally have a great impact on the human body. For example, vaginitis, adnexitis, and a series of gynecological diseases can occur in people. So what are we going to introduce below is that there is a small fleshy ball in the vagina, what's the matter?

Western medicine treatment of condyloma acuminatum

Since there is currently no specific antiviral drug, genital warts must be treated with a comprehensive approach.

(1) Treatment of causes: excessive leucorrhea, foreskin is too long, gonorrhea.

(2) Improve the body's immunity.

(3) Use of anti-disease drugs.

Generally speaking, as long as you adhere to the regular comprehensive treatment, you can be cured.

1. Surgical treatment

Single, small warts can be removed surgically; giant warts can be removed using Mohs surgery, with frozen sections used to check whether the lesions have been removed cleanly.

2. Cryotherapy

Using liquid nitrogen at a low temperature of -196℃, the freezing method is used to treat genital warts, which promotes the necrosis and shedding of wart tissue. This method is suitable for warts with a small number and small area. 1-2 treatments can be performed with an interval of one week.

3. Laser treatment

Genital warts are usually treated with a CO2 laser and ablative therapy. This treatment is most suitable for warts on the vulva, penis, or perianal area. Single or a small number of multiple warts can be treated once, while multiple or large warts can be treated 2-3 times, with an interval of one week between them.

4. Electrocautery

Use high-frequency electroacupuncture or electrosurgery to remove warts. Method: Local anesthesia, followed by electrocautery. This treatment is suitable for warts with a small number and small area.

5. Microwave therapy

Using a microwave surgical treatment machine and lidocaine local anesthesia, the tip of the rod-shaped radiation probe is inserted into the sharp wetness until it reaches the base of the wart. When the wart becomes smaller, darker in color, and changes from soft to hard, thermal radiation coagulation is complete and the probe can be removed. Coagulated lesions can be removed with forceps. To prevent recurrence, the remaining base can be coagulated again.

Secondly, we should pay more attention to it in our lives, especially for friends who have many gynecological diseases, timely prevention and treatment should be carried out.
