Exercises to prevent breast sagging

Place your palms shoulder-width apart and place them on a sturdy chair or table. Keep your arms straight, bend your waist slightly, and your torso perpendicular to the ground. Using your toes as support and your feet straight, lower your torso until your chest is just over your palms, as if doing a push-up. Then return to the starting position and repeat the above steps.
