How to treat lower abdominal pain before menstruation?

Every normal woman will have menstruation. Do you understand menstruation? Now more and more women do not pay attention to their bodies. They do some physical labor during menstruation and eat some spicy, cold and irritating food. This is a very bad phenomenon and will lead to irregular menstruation. So how should you regulate lower abdominal pain before menstruation?

Diet and nutritional therapy for dysmenorrhea: People who suffer from dysmenorrhea mainly with back and leg pain, abdominal cramps, breast swelling and cramps should eat foods rich in vitamins B1 and B2, such as brown rice, germ rice, liver, almonds, dairy products, etc., or take synergist F as a supplement of B1 and B2. For those who usually have pelvic congestion and pain in the uterus and ovaries during menstruation, it is recommended to consume more foods rich in vitamins C and E, such as yellow and green vegetables, oranges, lemons, walnuts, almonds, wheat germ, etc. to improve pelvic blood circulation and relieve the pain of pelvic congestion. As for those who experience pain in the entire abdomen during menstruation, they should pay special attention to their diet and nutrition on a daily basis, eat less raw, cold and greasy food, and regulate their stomach and intestines with vitamin B complex, yogurt, and table flour. People who suffer from dysmenorrhea due to anemia often experience dizziness, tinnitus, and persistent abdominal pain during menstruation. They can supplement with iron, dark green vegetables, or occasionally drink some brandy, and the dysmenorrhea can gradually improve.

Physical therapy for dysmenorrhea: During dysmenorrhea, some people feel that applying a hot water bottle to the abdomen can relieve pain. People with this physique can take more hot springs or hot water baths on weekdays, each time for about an hour. While taking a bath, massage the area near the navel (about the width of the palm) at the same time, which has a good effect on improving pelvic blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis (congestion). However, it is not suitable to take a bath during menstruation. At this time, you can press the area two horizontal fingers below the navel (this is the Zhongji point) with your thumb. Generally, pressing for ten to twenty minutes can reduce or eliminate dysmenorrhea. Simple herbal tea therapy: When dysmenorrhea is accompanied by cold limbs, pale face and lips, you can boil equal amounts of ginger (or dried ginger), jujube, and brown sugar into a warm soup and drink it.

If the dysmenorrhea is severe and the patient obviously refuses to receive massage, you can take three grams of Sichuan safflower, brew it with three hundred cc of hot water and drink it as tea, once or twice a day. This can eliminate the discomfort caused by blood stasis. Delicious food supplements: For those who feel cold in the abdomen or like hot compresses during menstrual cramps, you can stew 50 grams of mutton, 50 grams of Chinese angelica and ginger, and cinnamon to taste; for those who have menstrual cramps accompanied by pale blood, dizziness, sore waist and knees, you can stew 20 grams of Chinese angelica and 1 liang of Astragalus.
