What are the clinical characteristics of breast fibroids?

Breast fibroma is a type of benign breast tumor, which is more common in young women. Many women discover it accidentally. Some go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible, and early treatment achieves faster results. Some women do not pay much attention to the subtle changes in their breasts, and often delay the treatment of breast diseases due to work, study or other trivial matters, resulting in frequent recurrences or even cancer. Therefore, any breast disease, including breast fibroids, should be taken seriously. What are the clinical characteristics of breast fibroids?

Feature 1:

It often occurs in women aged 15-25 with strong sexual function.

Feature 2:

The most common site is the upper outer quadrant of the breast, with about 75% being single and a few being multiple.

Feature 3:

The most significant characteristic is that patients often have no conscious symptoms and the tumor is often discovered accidentally or while taking a bath. The tumor is a peanut or date pit-sized, movable, smooth, clearly defined, and relatively hard tumor.

Feature 4:

Generally there is no axillary lymph node enlargement, no nipple discharge, and the size of the lump has no effect on the menstrual cycle.

If you find yourself showing symptoms of breast fibroids, you must go to a regular breast specialist hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time and don't delay.

In recent years, the incidence of breast diseases has increased, bringing serious harm to women. Common breast diseases include breast hyperplasia, breast fibroids, etc. However, since these diseases do not have obvious symptoms at the beginning, or because women are not familiar with the symptoms of these diseases, it is often difficult for women to detect the disease, which makes it easy to miss the best time for treatment.
