Uterine massage techniques

When there is an abnormality in the female body, it is necessary to undergo a physical examination in time, especially for married women, who should pay attention to their own maintenance. Such women are prone to gynecological diseases, so women should also take comprehensive care of their private parts, which is beneficial to the healthy development of the body. So what are the techniques for uterine massage? There are also some good ways.

Uterine massage techniques:

Lie down flat first and relax your body. Rub your hands together to warm them up, and place them on your lower abdomen (Put your hands together and place them in the middle of your lower abdomen, press your abdomen tightly, and slowly massage your abdomen at a frequency of about 10 times per minute, until you feel a warm sensation in your lower abdomen. Do this for a total of 5 minutes.)

Next, rub the groins on both sides. Place your hands on the left and right sides of the groin and rub diagonally from top to bottom, towards the external genitalia. Use rubbing heat as the measure. The operation lasts for 5 minutes in total.

Finally, press the uterus point. The uterus point is located in the lower abdomen, in the middle of the horizontal palm below the navel (4 inches below the navel). This acupoint is located at a point four fingers away from the left and right (3 inches away from the midline). Massage method: Use the index and middle fingers of both hands to press the uterus points on both sides, apply a little pressure, and knead slowly until you feel soreness and swelling. Do it for 5 minutes. It is best when you feel heat in the abdominal cavity.

After completing a round of movements, you can gently massage your entire abdomen to have a soothing effect.

Precautions

Don't use too much force, and focus on what your body can tolerate.

If you have dry skin, you can apply a little lubricant on your hands.

These are the uterine massage techniques. Using these massage methods is relatively simple, and women can do them by themselves. However, if women want to protect the uterus well, they also need to do them for a long time, so that the uterus can be well protected. At the same time, women should also pay attention to their diet and eat less cold foods to prevent uterine diseases.
