Causes of low back pain due to gynecological inflammation

I believe that many patients with gynecological diseases will have this feeling, that is, they always feel pain in their waist. At first, they will think that their waist is injured, but after confirmation by the doctor, it is said that it is caused by gynecological disease. Many people don't know why gynecological diseases are related to low back pain. Today we are going to talk about the causes of low back pain caused by gynecological inflammation.

A woman's reproductive organs go through menstruation about four hundred times in her lifetime, and also bear the responsibilities of pregnancy and childbirth; some women also experience abortions, sterilization surgeries, etc. Therefore, the incidence of reproductive organ inflammation is high, such as salpingitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc. These inflammations are prone to complications such as low back pain. Retroversion and retroflexion of the uterus are also one of the causes of low back pain in women. Serious reproductive organ diseases such as uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, and ovarian cysts can cause compressive involvement of low back pain.

Cervicitis: When the cervix becomes inflamed, symptoms such as increased vaginal discharge, local itching, and tingling will appear. At the same time, the stimulation of inflammation will also cause lower back pain.

Abnormal position of the uterus: The normal position of the uterus is forward bending and anteflexion. If the uterus is extremely retroflexed and the position changes abnormally, the ligaments supporting the uterus in the body will be over-pulled and some nerves will be compressed, which can cause low back pain.

Pelvic inflammatory disease: Women suffering from pelvic tissue inflammation such as chronic adnexitis, pelvic peritonitis, uterosacral ligament or connective tissue inflammation, etc., the inflammatory stimulation of these diseases can cause low back pain.

Pregnancy and postpartum period

During pregnancy, as the fetus grows, the ligaments of the pregnant woman's lumbar and pelvic joints relax. At the same time, the weight of the uterus also increases with the growth of fetal age, causing the body's center of gravity to move forward. In order to maintain body balance, the waist is often straightened forward. If you do not pay attention to rest, it is easy to cause back pain. During pregnancy, the fetus needs sufficient nutrients such as calcium and phosphorus for development. If the dietary intake is insufficient, it can cause osteoporosis and decalcification in pregnant women, and can also cause low back pain. Excessive postpartum bleeding, premature labor, excessive fatigue, and cold can also cause low back pain.

We all know that gynecological diseases do not have obvious symptoms in our daily lives, and we need to go to the hospital to confirm them in time. Therefore, when you feel pain in your waist, you must not take it lightly. You must go to the hospital for confirmation in time to effectively control the condition when it is at its mildest.
