① Eat less irritating food, try to change the habit of smoking, drinking and coffee, and also avoid taking too much sugar, salt, oil, etc., so as not to hinder the normal circulation of the body and produce too much oil on the scalp.

② Massage your head every day when you relax. The simplest way is to use the ten fingers of both hands to comb your hair forward or backward on the scalp and massage your scalp to promote blood circulation in the scalp and help hair follicles absorb nutrients.

③Keep your hair moisturized. Sun exposure and air-conditioned rooms can easily cause hair to become dehydrated, dry, and break. Our hair needs moisture just like our skin. When you feel the air is dry, you can spray some moisturizing spray on your hair to keep it moist and elastic at all times. Your hair will definitely return to normal after you have your baby.

Through the above analysis, we know that most pregnant women will experience abnormal hair loss within five months. As long as there are no other symptoms, there is no need to worry too much, as it is a temporary problem. As for conditioning, it is mainly about paying attention to diet. Drinking and smoking are definitely not allowed. High-sugar and high-salt foods should also be avoided as much as possible. At the same time, a relaxed mood is also one of the conditioning ways to reduce hair loss.
