How to draw eyeliner

How to draw eyeliner

Makeup is a skill, so many beauty schools are very popular nowadays, because the people who graduate from them are engaged in beauty-related industries and are very popular among everyone. For example, taking photos requires makeup, and it is also necessary to wear makeup in some daily occasions. Good makeup can reflect a person's quality. So what is the method of drawing eyeliner? Let's draw it together.

1. Draw eyeliner first!

Look downward, start from the inner corner of the eye and draw along the shape of the eye to the end of the eye. The intensity should be even. Basically, the most commonly used and most acceptable black eyeliner will do!

2: To achieve a natural makeup effect, apply it carefully and evenly!

Use a sponge-shaped eyeliner brush (many eyeliner pencils have one on the other end) to gently and evenly apply the eyeliner you just drew. This will make the eyeliner color more natural and softer, and the lines smoother. The smearing direction should be the same as when drawing the eyeliner.

3: Draw the eyeliner again!

In the opposite direction of drawing eyeliner, look upwards and draw from the end of the eye to the inner corner. The strength should be even. However, in terms of color selection, it is best not to use black, otherwise the eyes will look artificial and stiff. Most importantly, it will make the eyeballs look more prominent. Professional makeup artists recommend choosing less stiff colors such as gray-black, gray-blue, etc.

4: Apply eyeliner!

Just like when drawing the upper eyeliner, draw the entire lower eyeliner first, then use the cotton brush on the other side of the eyeliner to smooth the line and loosen it, and that’s it!

Skill 1: Start with light strokes. This is an issue that most people overlook. Someone may ask, if you draw lightly, won’t the eyeliner come out very light? I will explain this issue to you later. For now, just remember to start with light strokes. This will avoid drawing eyeliner that is too heavy, too thick or too thick.

Technique 2. Here I will answer the question in Technique 1. What if you want it to be darker? Here we use the "progressive" overlapping coloring method to slowly draw the eyeliner instead of doing it in one stroke. Because we are novices, we don't have the skills to do it in one stroke, so we use the progressive method. If there is anything that doesn't look good, we can adjust it at any time.

Tip 3. After drawing the eyeliner, you can lightly apply a layer of foundation or loose powder on the eyeliner. The purpose of this is to make the eyeliner effect more lasting and to inhibit oiliness of the eyes.

The above are the methods of drawing eyeliner. If you don’t know how, you can use them as a reference. Of course, you will definitely find it a little difficult when you first start learning. Some of the above techniques can also help you find the right position for drawing your eyeliner, so that you can better complete the eyeliner step. Drawing good eyeliner can make the whole person refreshed. Let’s all try it.
