Clitoral discomfort and constant urge to urinate

Clitoral discomfort and constant urge to urinate

The structure of the corpus cavernosum of the clitoris and penis is similar to that of the corpus cavernosum, and it can also become hard due to hematoma. The glans clitoris is mainly composed of honeycomb-shaped hardened tissue. The clitoral mucosa and submucosal tissue are rich in blood vessels and nerves, and are sensitive, making it easy to get hard.

What should I do if my clitoris keeps urinating?

The clitoris is the most sensitive part of the female genitals. If the female clitoris is stimulated for a long time, there will be a feeling of urination, which is a normal physiological manifestation. And there will be the main manifestation of female orgasm. Under the condition of obvious stimulation, the clitoris will become erect. Therefore, the clitoris should not be stimulated for a long time, as it can easily cause clitoral hypertrophy and reduced sensitivity. If there is hypertrophy of the clitoris, friction will occur during normal walking. Surgery is necessary for treatment.

Clinical medical symptoms of clitoris:

1. Clitoral hypertrophy:

Abnormal hypertrophy is mostly caused by excessive use of exogenous male hormones or excessive secretion of growth hormone in the body. It can be relieved after stopping the medication or treating the underlying disease. It usually does not affect sexual sensation or cause pain, and does not require special treatment. However, in some cases, clitoral hypertrophy is caused by abnormalities in the endocrine organs of the human body, which causes masculine characteristics in women and affects their sexual life. When a large amount of androgen secreted by the adrenal glands of these women enters the blood, causing the estrogen secreted by the ovaries to be relatively low, symptoms such as clitoral enlargement and loss of sexual desire may occur. Over time, many parts of the human body tend to develop towards male characteristics.

(ii) The clitoris is too small:

Because the clitoris is too small, the labia may be too close together, and the penis cannot touch the clitoris when it is inserted into the vagina, so that the clitoris cannot be stimulated and sexual pleasure cannot be experienced. If this continues for a long time, it will cause female sexual indifference.

(III) The clitoral hood is too long:

Because the clitoral hood is too long to completely cover the glans clitoris, the clitoris cannot get sufficient stimulation during sexual intercourse, which can lead to orgasm disorders and loss of libido.

(IV) Clitoral deformity:

Vaginal malformation is not common. This type of abnormality is congenital and is caused by the influence of the pregnant mother's internal and external environment during the embryonic development process. If the mother is sick, takes the wrong medicine, is exposed to direct X-rays, or inhales harmful smoke, etc., these abnormalities in the embryonic development may cause clitoral deformities and the possibility of hermaphroditism. The baby should go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination and receive appropriate treatment.

(V) Clitoral pain:

Because the clitoris lacks secretions and is covered by the foreskin, it often causes pain. After a woman reaches sexual orgasm, the glans clitoris becomes extremely sensitive, and further strong stimulation will undoubtedly cause pain. The above two situations are completely normal physiological phenomena. The most common cause of physiological clitoral pain is infection, such as genital herpes spreading to the clitoris; when gonococcal, fungal, and candidal vulvovaginitis spread to the entire private parts; condyloma acuminatum, Bartholin's gland cysts, etc. often cause clitoral pain during sexual intercourse or caressing, and are often accompanied by other secondary infections such as fungi and Trichomonas; tinea cruris, scabies, parasitic eggs, chemical fiber underwear, excessive local cleaning, cosmetics and other chemical irritations can all cause clitoral pain.

(VI) Clitoral skin lesions:

Some women find clitoral skin lesions after several sexual intercourses. In fact, some diseases can cause the same symptoms. For example, drug allergy can cause fixed drug rash on the female clitoris and male glans foreskin; drug and food allergies can cause severe edema of the foreskin; 2 to 3 days after sexual intercourse, due to genital twitching, elongation of the clitoral foreskin or fusiform streptococcal infection, symptoms such as clitoral shrinkage and skin lesions can occur.
