How should women take care of their breasts?

Breasts are a place that can reflect a woman's pride and also a place that shows a woman's charm. As women, do you know how to maintain your weapons? It is a very delicate part. If you don't protect it well, it may harm the health of female friends at any time. In severe cases, it may even endanger their lives.

Certain changes that women experience throughout their lives (such as puberty, pregnancy, menstrual cycle, etc.) will cause changes in their breasts, so breast care is very important.

(1) The most basic breast care. The first is to exfoliate the whole body 1-2 times a week, and the second is to continue to use breast care products patiently to promote the proliferation of skin connective tissue and maintain the firmness and fullness of the breasts.

(2) Choose a suitable bra to maintain a beautiful breast shape. A bra that is too tight or too loose is not good for the beauty of the breasts. If it is too tight, it will restrict blood circulation in the breasts, cause breast diseases, and affect breast development; if it is too loose, it will not be able to support and shape the breasts, and will not achieve a certain beauty. The main function of a bra is to protect the breasts and prevent them from sagging. It is best to start wearing one around the age of 17.

(3) Pay attention to protection during breastfeeding. Normal breastfeeding will not affect the shape of the breasts.

During breastfeeding, you must ensure adequate calories, high-quality protein, rich inorganic salts and vitamins, and adequate water. However, it is not advisable to eat too much fat and sugary foods, as eating too much can easily lead to obesity and sagging breasts. The appropriate breastfeeding period is about 8 months (it is not advisable not to breastfeed after giving birth).

(4) Keep your chest upright whether sitting or standing. Do not bathe in water that is too hot or too scalding. Use cold water more often to stimulate your chest. The most important thing is not to neglect the sun protection for your breasts. The breast skin is more sensitive than the facial skin. Ultraviolet rays can cause fine wrinkles between the breasts and lead to aging of the breast skin.

From this we can see that if female friends want to be more attractive, they must protect their weapons well. If they are not protected properly or are damaged, then you may lose them. Think about it, if women don’t have them, can they still be considered complete women? So pay attention to maintaining and protecting them.
