1. Eat less crabs each time: Breastfeeding mothers should eat no more than 100 grams of crabs each time.

Moreover, the crab meat will quickly rot and deteriorate after death, breeding other bacteria. So don't eat crabs that are not fresh.

Therefore, crabs must be cooked before eating, and do not eat them raw just to satisfy your greed for the delicious taste. 4. When eating crabs, you can only eat the meat, roe and roe: Since crabs live in rivers, lakes and feed on plankton and plants and like to crawl in sand and stones, the gills and intestines of crabs contain a lot of mud and sand. For the sake of the baby's health, breastfeeding mothers are advised to be patient. If you really can't resist the temptation of the delicious and juicy crabs, it is best to eat one to satisfy your craving. And the most important thing is to choose fresh ones!
