Step 1: Squeeze the side of your chest

1. Place your palms together and gently on both sides of your chest and take a breath.

2. Exhale slowly, and at the same time, use your hands to squeeze the muscles on both sides of your chest towards the center.

3. When you feel your chest is compressed to its limit, relax your palms and take a deep breath slowly. Do this 10 times in total.

Effect: Make outward-looking and weak breasts firmer. Long-term use can help shape cleavage.

Suitable for those with unclear cleavage, protruding breasts and flat breasts.

Chest exercises to make your chest stand up

Step 2: Stretch your chest muscles (

Stand up straight, raise your right hand first, stretch it upwards as far as possible, and stretch your right foot downwards. Hold this position for 5 seconds, then switch to your left hand and foot, and continue the same movement. Repeat 10 times.

Effect: This stretching movement can stretch and exercise the muscles from the armpits to the lungs, stimulate the breasts, and raise the chest curve. Suitable for those with sagging breasts.

Chest exercises to make your chest stand up

Step 3: Put your hands together and push forward

1. Put your hands together in front of your chest.

2. Keep your shoulders flat, with your elbows outward and perpendicular to your palms. Make sure your hands are at least 15 to 20 centimeters away from your chest.

3. Tuck in your abdomen, arch your back slightly, and push your hands forward with your palms together; then, exhale while pushing your chest forward and upward and retracting your hands. Repeat 5 to 6 times.

Effect: Exercise chest muscles and activate chest cavity. Suitable for those with flat chest and underdeveloped pectoral muscles.

Tip: This can be done anytime, anywhere, standing still or sitting in a chair. Note that it is the chest that moves, not the waist.

Through understanding breast health exercises, we know that when women do such exercises, they should insist on doing them every day. However, many women cannot persist in doing so, which will not help their breasts at all. Especially for people with large breasts, they should pay more attention to their breast health.
