Trigeminal neuralgia attacks in cycles, with fewer attacks and longer intervals in the early stages of the disease. As the disease progresses, attacks become more frequent and the intervals between attacks become shorter.

Chronic headache after head trauma: The patient has a history of head trauma. This type of headache is often accompanied by dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, irritability, and lack of concentration. Headaches can be aggravated when you are nervous, exert yourself, or bend over.
