Symptoms of menopause in women

We know that women enter menopause around the age of forty-five. Women are prone to various abnormal conditions during menopause, so we recommend that female friends know how to take good care of themselves during menopause. Many female friends want to know how to know if they have entered menopause. In fact, we can make a judgment based on some symptoms. Below we will introduce to you the manifestations of menopause in women.

(1) The menstrual cycle gradually decreases, the interval between periods lengthens, and the menstrual period shortens, leading to gradual cessation of menstruation. However, there are also cases where the menstrual flow increases, accompanied by large amounts of blood clots, and then slowly stops, resulting in loss of reproductive ability and atrophy of the reproductive organs.

(2) Mental and autonomic nervous system dysfunction. Patients often feel bouts of flushing in the head and neck, hot flashes, sweating, dizziness, headache, tinnitus, back pain, dry mouth, burning sensation in the throat, difficulty concentrating, nervousness and excitement, complex and changeable emotions, irritability, insomnia, forgetfulness, numbness and itching of the skin, and sometimes a sensation of ants crawling on the body, etc., and even hysterical attacks.

(3) Palpitations, increased blood pressure, obesity, lower limb edema, joint pain, osteoporosis, etc.

Any woman aged 45-50 who has the above symptoms can be diagnosed with menopausal syndrome after a doctor has examined and ruled out other diseases. Menopause is a stage that every woman must go through, but the severity of the symptoms varies from person to person, and the duration varies. Mild cases may be safe and sound, while severe cases may affect work and life, and even develop into menopausal diseases. It can be as short as a few months or as long as several years.

(4) Back pain - an early symptom of osteoporosis in menopausal women.

Studies have shown that the symptoms of menopausal syndrome are different, and this soreness is mostly caused by continuous tension in the erector spinae muscles. Early bone loss mostly occurs in the spine. Under the action of gravity, the spine tends to be compressed, making people feel as if they are more comfortable with a hunched back, but life requires people to stand up straight and not lie down. This means that the erector spinae muscles must remain tense to counteract this tendency to compress. Over time, if the muscles continue to contract without relief, it will cause back pain. If osteoporosis continues to progress, osteoporotic fractures may occur.

In the above article, we introduced the age at which women enter menopause. Once women enter menopause, they are prone to some abnormal conditions, so the above article gives us a detailed introduction to the symptoms of menopause in women.
