Feeling of burning sensation in lower body

What causes a burning sensation in the lower body? Burning of the vulva may be a sign of vaginitis. It also depends on the smell and color. Vaginitis is a general term for various vaginal mucosal inflammation symptoms caused by different causes. Under normal physiological conditions, the tissue anatomy and cellular biological properties of the vagina can defend against the invasion of external microbial species. If it is damaged, bacteria can take advantage of the opportunity to enter and, due to many factors, cause Trichomonas vaginitis.

Reason 1: Nonspecific vaginitis. There is a feeling of falling and burning in the vagina, a large number of epithelial cells in the vagina fall off, the vaginal mucosa is hematoma, and there is obvious pain when touching. In more serious cases, patients may experience general fatigue, abdominal discomfort, excessive leucorrhea, pus-like or serous discharge, and irritation of the urethra, resulting in frequent, urgent, and painful urination.

Reason 2: Fungal vaginitis. The prominent symptoms of this disease are excessive leucorrhea and itching in the private parts and vagina. When the symptoms are more serious, the patient may feel restless, have abnormal pain, frequent urination, urgency, pain during urination, and pain during intercourse. The discharge is thick and white like bean curd residue, the vaginal mucosa is highly edematous, the vulva is hot and there are small white pieces of film adhering to it, which are easy to fall off. There is an erosive base of damaged mucosa or shallow ulcers underneath. In severe cases, ecchymosis may be left behind, which is a typical symptom of the disease. Another type of patient has a lot of watery or pus-like secretions without white lumps, and the vaginal mucosa is moderately red and swollen, with no severe itching or burning sensation, only a feeling of moisture in the vulva.

Reason three: Candidal vaginitis. The leucorrhea is profuse and yellow-white, occasionally with light green pus, often foamy and fishy, and mixed with blood when the disease is more serious; followed by low back pain, frequent urination, urgency, pain when urinating, vulva itching, and dull pain in the lower abdomen. The vaginal mucosa is swollen with scattered blood spots or strawberry-like bumps, which sometimes cause pain during intercourse.
