3. Improve fitness

Increase exercise during pregnancy, try to maintain a steady weight gain, and avoid gaining weight too quickly. Generally speaking, from the fourth month of pregnancy, the weight can be increased by 4 to 5 kg; from the seventh month of pregnancy, the weight can be increased by about 5 kg. The entire pregnancy period generally does not exceed 10 to 12 kg. Being overweight is not good for the development of the baby in the fetus.
