How to judge whether the fetal sac has already fallen down

1. The fetal sac is usually light pink. If it can be fully discharged, it should be ring-shaped. The blood clot is dark red and easy to break apart.

2. When the fetal sac is discharged, you can feel a mass of something being cleared. If you are not sure whether it is the fetal sac or a blood clot, put it in water. The fetal sac will not sink under the water, but the blood clot will sink under the water.

3. If you really can't tell whether the fetal sac is clear, you can consider going to the hospital for an ultrasound to confirm it.
