Crab intestines

Eating crab intestine may cause abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms.

The crab heart is located between the crab roe and the black membrane. It is hexagonal and white. It is the power organ for the crab's blood circulation. It is rumored that the crab heart is extremely cold, but there is no evidence to support this statement. The crab heart can be eaten, but the taste is not very good.
