200g flat noodles, 200g fatty beef slices, half an onion, 20g Pixian bean paste, 20g fermented black beans, 10g sugar, 20g soy sauce, 50g chili pepper, 5g chili powder, 5g oyster sauce, 5g cumin powder, 2g white pepper powder, some chopped coriander, some shredded cucumber, some cooking oil

step:

1. Put the noodles in after the water boils, remove them from the water after they are cooked, and rinse them with cold water for later use.

2. Heat the pan, add the Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until the oil turns red. Add the chili pepper, black beans and chili powder and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the diced onion and stir-fry until translucent.

3. Add beef slices and stir-fry until they change color. Add cumin noodles, sugar, white pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. Place in a bowl

4. Add the remaining oil to the noodles, mix well, put them in a bowl, add cucumber shreds, and pour the fried ingredients on top.
