Final Health

Tips

The Spring Festival is approaching, and primary and secondary school students are also facing their final exams of this semester. Winter is the peak season for respiratory infectious diseases . Students are currently in a tense review period for exams, and are prone to tension and anxiety, with disrupted work and rest schedules, which leads to a decrease in their body's resistance .

During this period, try to avoid places where people gather . If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, headache, sore throat, swollen parotid glands, abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting, rash, dizziness, fatigue, conjunctival congestion, etc., you should go to a regular hospital in time and rest according to the doctor's advice. Do not attend classes while sick .

It is recommended that students eat healthily, maintain a regular schedule, prevent and control diseases, and adjust their mindset.

The details are as follows:

1. Eat a healthy diet

Eat three meals on time and in regular amounts, and combine meat and vegetables . Avoid overeating and eat less raw and cold food.

Purchase fresh, safe and hygienic ingredients from regular stores and supermarkets. When processing and making food at home, be sure to keep raw and cooked food separate and cook them thoroughly .

★ When dining out or ordering takeout , choose restaurants with formal business qualifications , and try not to eat at roadside stalls, irregular food stalls, etc.

Do not suddenly change the candidate's original eating habits . Do not eat foods that the candidate has never eaten before or foods that the candidate is allergic to or intolerant to, so as to avoid gastrointestinal discomfort.

2. Regular work and rest

Before the exam, candidates should arrange their daily life according to the exam time, ensure good sleep, exercise appropriately, avoid staying up late , and maintain a regular schedule.

To ensure good sleep, primary school students should sleep no less than 10 hours , junior high school students no less than 9 hours , and high school students no less than 8 hours .

Refuse to use electronic products before going to bed and drink a small cup of hot milk, which can help calm your nerves. Soaking your feet can also help you sleep.

3. Disease prevention and control

Winter is the peak season for respiratory infectious diseases. Common pathogens include influenza virus, new coronavirus, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, respiratory syncytial virus, etc. They are mainly transmitted through respiratory droplets, inhalation of aerosols carrying pathogens, or close contact .

Wearing a mask scientifically is an effective measure to prevent respiratory infectious diseases . Masks should be worn scientifically when taking public transportation such as subways and buses, and when entering closed and crowded places such as supermarkets and box elevators.

In addition, whether at home or at school, you should wash your hands frequently and open windows for ventilation to prevent the occurrence of infectious diseases.

4. Adjust your mindset

Parents should pay attention to the mental state of candidates , keep them physically and mentally happy, create a warm and relaxed family atmosphere , communicate more with them, reduce their psychological pressure , and guide them to have a positive attitude.

If you have general psychological problems and need help, you can call 12320 or the Beijing Psychological Assistance Hotline: 82951332 .

At the same time, I hope everyone will pay attention to traffic safety on the way to and from school, abide by traffic rules, and avoid injuries.

Here,

I wish all students good results.

And have a healthy, fulfilling,

Have a great holiday.
