The legal rights and interests of HIV-infected persons and their families in marriage, employment, medical treatment, and schooling are protected by law. Caring for HIV-infected persons is the obligation and responsibility of every citizen!

Obligations: According to the requirements of my country's "Regulations on the Prevention and Control of AIDS", when HIV-infected people seek medical treatment, they should truthfully inform the attending doctor of the fact that they are infected or have fallen ill; take necessary protective measures to prevent infecting others; and must not intentionally spread AIDS in any way; if an infected person intentionally spreads AIDS, he shall bear civil liability for compensation in accordance with the law; if it constitutes a crime, he shall be held criminally liable in accordance with the law.
