Material:

1 bowl of rice, 200g minced pork, 1 egg, 2 chili peppers, 10g fish sauce, 20g chopped onion, 5g chopped garlic, some cherry tomatoes, 20g basil leaves, some sugar, some cooking oil, half a lemon

step:

4. Crack the eggs into the pan, fry until 80% cooked, then serve on the rice. Squeeze in some lemon juice before serving.
