Function : Wake up the brain, calm the mind and soothe the nerves, raise yang and lift the sunken. It can be used clinically to treat stroke, insomnia, forgetfulness, gastroptosis and other diseases.

Massage method : Lie on your back with your eyes closed, and use the tip of your right thumb or the palm of your hand to massage the Baihui point in a clockwise direction for 3-5 minutes with moderate force, once every night before going to bed.

03****Anmian Point

Location : Located on the back of the neck, at the midpoint of the line connecting Yifeng point and Fengchi point, it is an extra meridian point.

Function : calm the liver and extinguish wind, calm the nerves and soothe the mind. It is clinically used to treat insomnia, headache, dizziness, palpitations and other diseases.

Massage method : Use the index finger and middle finger to massage the acupoints on both sides. A good effect can be achieved by feeling soreness and swelling locally.
