Children under 3 years old should pay special attention to their hand-foot coordination ability, and are encouraged to crawl and climb, such as climbing stairs.

For children aged 3 to 5, you can let them run slowly, or you can encourage them to run by playing games, such as hide-and-seek, playing with a ball, chasing balloons, doing exercises, etc., to improve their motor coordination ability.

The first choice of exercise for children over 5 years old is skipping rope. They can also choose to play basketball, run, swim, climb, high jump, dance and other sports.

It is recommended to exercise 5 days a week, 330-45 minutes a day. In summer, you can exercise in the morning or after 17:00 in the afternoon, avoiding direct sunlight. In spring, autumn and winter, you can exercise between 15:00 and 18:00 in the afternoon. Children exercise in a relatively low blood sugar state, which is more conducive to the secretion of growth hormone.

It should be noted that obese children are not suitable for skipping rope, but are more suitable for aerobic exercises such as mountain climbing, swimming, and jogging. Children with diabetes need to exercise when their blood sugar is stable, and pay attention to blood sugar monitoring before, during, and after exercise.
