QuestMobile: Top 50 list of apps with the most users in China in spring 2024

QuestMobile recently released the "2024 China Mobile Internet Spring Report". According to the report, in March 2024, the number of active users of China's mobile Internet reached 1.232 billion, a year-on-year increase of more than 20 million. This data highlights the rapid growth of China's mobile Internet market.

In addition, QuestMobile also released a list of the TOP50 track user scale NO.1 APP based on the average monthly active user scale in the first three months of 2024.

This list is sorted by TOP50 sub-industry, and the top-ranked APP is selected in each industry. It should be noted that this list does not include categories such as terminal stores, operator services, application stores, security services, game platforms, file transfers, and game assistants.

As can be seen from the list, WeChat ranks first with more than 1 billion monthly active users, becoming the only application with monthly active users exceeding 1 billion, while Taobao and Alipay rank second and third with 920 million and 890 million monthly active users respectively.

Although this list is not a list of apps with the largest number of users in China, the apps listed in it are undoubtedly very familiar to everyone, and their user rankings are almost the same as the public's impression.

This further confirms the leading position of these apps in their respective fields, and they are undoubtedly the most used applications in our daily lives.
