Will I grow taller after my period?

Will I grow taller during my period? Every girl wants to pay attention to her height. A slim and tall figure is what every girl wants to have. But some girls are worried that they will not grow taller after their period comes. So, will you still be taller when you have your period? There is no doubt that you will still be taller when you have your period. The pre-menstrual period of children indicates that their sexual development is normal and they have entered puberty. When sexual development is complete, it will affect the growth and development of bones, renewal, and metabolism. The body will continue to grow. Otherwise, they will not grow after the menstrual period. Will the height of those girls who are shorter and not tall always be limited to the height before the menstrual period? Therefore, it is not in line with human medicine and science to say that they will grow taller after the menstrual period but will not grow taller.

Bone age means that bone growth and organ growth are generally synchronized, but different social and family environments result in many children's bone growth being out of sync with organ growth. Some organs develop early, while some bones develop too early. Just looking at the menstrual period will lead to misjudgment. The scientific method is to check the bone age during menstruation to accurately predict the future growth strength and grow in a scientific way. If you only think of promoting growth during menstruation, it is basically in the second half, and the effect is far less good than before menstruation. Experts suggest that children should start measuring bone age once a year starting at the age of 6. If there are signs of poor development, such as early puberty, it can be controlled in advance and will not affect future height.

Generally, girls have their first period around the age of 14, which is the age when they go to middle school. When I was in middle school, many girls around me were still growing taller. I started my period when I was 14 years old. Although I was growing taller, it was very slow and not as obvious as before. From the time women have their first menstruation until the end of their growth and development, their height continues to grow, but the speed at which some women grow taller has slowed down relatively, but this does not mean that they cannot grow taller anymore. Then talking about girls aged 13 or 14, they are in their prime. Once their menstruation comes, it may also be a period of growth for women. Their appetite begins to increase significantly, their breasts begin to bulge, pubic hair begins to appear, their armpit hair may also increase, and their face begins to become whiter and more rosy. The onset of menarche in girls only indicates that puberty has already begun, but does not mean the end of puberty. Puberty generally lasts about 4 years, during which time the average height increase is 4 to 5 cm per year, and can even reach 8 to 10 cm during the peak growth period.

Women's menarche only means that women have entered puberty, not that their growth and development have ended. Therefore, fairies don’t need to worry too much. There is no scientific evidence to support the statement that “girls are unlikely to grow taller after menarche”. Girls can still continue to grow taller after menarche. When girls are about 13 years old, their uterus and ovaries gradually grow and their menstruation begins. Of course, don't be afraid. On the contrary, the uterus, vagina and reproductive organs will gradually grow, increase and improve. Although women have these changes, they are generally "quiet" and usually not easy to attract people's attention, but in fact so many changes have occurred. A woman's heart is like a needle in the sea!
