Leucorrhea turns yellow when it dries on underwear

Under normal circumstances, the secretion is clear, transparent, odorless, and small in amount. It turns yellow after being done on underwear. Usually there is no stinging or itching. This situation is normal. Yellowing indicates bacteria or mild inflammation, which can usually be relieved by washing with cold water, indicating that the inflammation is not serious. If you don't take medicine, because the human body has the ability to defeat the disease, the vagina also has the function of self-cleaning. If the secretions on the underwear turn yellow, it indicates that the inflammation is relatively mild and there is no stinging or itching and no need to treat it. If there is stinging pain, itching, and the area turns yellow after the procedure, you need to take medicine. You can go to the hospital outpatient department for a biopsy to see what kind of bacteria is infecting you, and then treat it with medicine.

The secretions clump together on the underwear. If the secretions are not combined, there will be abnormalities in the secretions, and there will be uncomfortable symptoms such as vulva itching, secretion odor, private parts and vaginal pain. These are normal physiological phenomena. Under the influence of estrogen, women's cervical glands secrete a lot of mucus near ovulation, so women may have clumping on their underwear. If the female secretions are clumped on the underwear and are accompanied by uncomfortable symptoms such as vulvar itching, secretion odor, private parts and vaginal pain, further examination of the female secretions test is required, and the next step of treatment can be decided based on the results of the female secretions test. If it is candidal vaginitis, sodium cyanide miconazole suppository needs to be applied to part of the vagina. If it is candidal vaginitis, the couple needs to use metronidazole tablets together.

The discharge is on the underwear and is usually milky white or yellowish in color. The secretions are mainly produced by the secretions of the uterine cavity, cervical mucosal cells, vaginal cells and Bartholin's glands. In women of childbearing age, the amount of secretion generally changes with the influence of estrogen secretion by the uterus and ovaries. It is less when the menstrual period just ends and increases during ovulation.

In addition, there will be thicker secretions in the middle and late ovulation period. As long as there is no itching or odor of the vulva, pay attention to maintaining daily cleaning of the part and change the underwear every day. If a woman has a large amount of secretions and a more serious odor or vulvar itching, it is mostly caused by vaginitis or cervicitis, or other gynecological inflammation, and she needs to be treated with anti-inflammatory drugs in time.
