Renren official: As of December 2011, the total number of applications installed on Renren Open Platform reached 800 million

On December 21, 2011, the relevant person in charge of Renren Open Platform said today that since the launch of Renren Open Platform, the total number of application installations has reached 800 million, more than 2,000 applications have been launched, and the number of daily independent users of plug-ins has exceeded 5 million.

Li Bo, the project manager of Renren Open Platform, said that Renren API 2.0 architecture will have major adjustments. Open Platform Mobile SDK 3.0 supports mobile payment and Renren Bean payment on mobile phones.

Wang Haining, the operations manager of Renren Open Platform, introduced the differences in the review process of Renren, Sina Weibo, and Tencent Open Platform. The initial review of Renren games takes 1 working day, and the review takes 3 working days. The notification methods include internal letter + email + mobile phone text message (in preparation). Sina Weibo's initial review takes 10 working days, there is no review, and the notification method is email. Tencent's initial review takes 5 working days, the internal test is unlimited, and the notification method is email.

According to reports, the Renren Open Platform was launched in July 2008. As of now, the application installation volume has exceeded 800 million times, with a total of more than 2,000 applications online and the number of daily independent users of the plug-in program exceeding 5 million.
