Ruirui (pseudonym), 7 years old this year, lives in Zhongxiang. In the past two years, Ruirui has repeatedly developed lumps on his eyelids. Every time a lump appears on his eyelids, his grandparents ask the local barefoot doctor to use a "traditional method" to puncture the lump with a needle. As a result, Ruirui's eyelid lumps recur. Otherwise, when the lump breaks from the skin surface, the eyelid will form obvious scar hyperplasia. Ruirui's repeated ruptures will leave a lot of scar hyperplasia, and severe eyelid skin defects will cause ectropion and even eyelid deformity, affecting the child's facial beauty.

On the 14th, after more than two hours of surgery, Lu Xiulan successfully operated on Ruirui and corrected the deformity. During the operation, because the scar of Ruirui's local ulceration pulled the skin and caused repeated ulceration, there was not enough skin in the ulcerated area of ​​the eyelid. Lu Xiulan could only take skin from the outside of the eyelid and then implant it in the position where the scar contracted the tightest. At present, Ruirui's eyelid deformity has been corrected and is recovering further.
