What causes anal itching in women?

The anus is where we defecate every day. Normally, we don't need to touch it. But if the anus is itchy, it will be very uncomfortable. In a strict sense, anal itching is also a symptom and needs to be taken seriously. Let’s discuss what causes anal itching in women.

Anal itching is simply called anal pruritus, which is a skin disease caused by bacterial infection of the skin at the anus. Generally speaking, men are more likely to suffer from anal pruritus than women, and many people who do not like sports are also very likely to suffer from this symptom. There are many reasons for anal itching, but they are just the following categories. Why not take a look at them.

The first is caused by diet. People with heavy tastes like to eat all kinds of spicy foods or all kinds of strong and stimulating condiments for a long time. These foods are generally not easy to digest. When the body defecates, it will irritate the skin at the anus after passing through the anus, which will cause anal itching.

Second, it may be caused by skin allergies. The main manifestations of skin allergies are not only on the face, hands, and body, but may also appear at the anus. Especially now that flowers are beginning to bloom, various bacteria and viruses are also beginning to become active, these substances may cause skin allergies. Some people have severe skin allergies. Not only do they itch all over their body, but the anus also becomes increasingly itchy and unbearable.

Third, it may be caused by sparganosis. For our body, the anus is the only entrance and exit for feces, and the feces discharged are the toxins and waste substances in the human body. Feces are discharged from the body through the anus. If you are not careful, the bacteria in the feces will remain in the anus, and then sparganosis may grow. Sparganosis is one of the major culprits causing anal itching, so we must clean the anus every day and make sure it is cleaned thoroughly.

Fourth, it may be caused by hemorrhoids. Symptoms such as hemorrhoids are indeed very common in daily life, and the incidence rate is also very high. If you have hemorrhoids, not only will you feel pain when defecating, but your anus will also itch. Hemorrhoids may also cause bleeding at the anus. Bleeding means that there is a wound at the anus. The wound at the anus is not easy to clean and treat, and is likely to be infected by bacteria, which will cause itching.
