Ten months of pregnancy is like a tribulation. Unable to stand, sit or sleep, exhausted. Dizziness and chest tightness are commonplace; abdominal pain and urinary incontinence come and go. How did pregnant mothers survive these difficult ten months?

The first month: Undercurrent

This month, the embryo has just formed. Most pregnant women are unaware that they are pregnant. A small number of people will experience implantation bleeding or mild abdominal pain. However, due to years of menstrual training, many people do not care.

Second month: The tribulation begins

From the time you notice your period to when you are pregnant, you are lucky. Starting this month, early pregnancy reactions will continue to torment pregnant women. For example, vomiting, dizziness, aversion to oil, fatigue, and a big change in taste. During this stage, due to changes in progesterone levels, pregnant women's emotions are prone to fluctuate.

Month 3: Exhausted

The morning sickness reaction continues and even gets worse. Some pregnant women are even afraid of morning sickness and don't want to eat. This is of course not advisable. In this month, pregnant women will urinate more frequently and have more secretions. Hormones will also stimulate pregnant women to be exhausted and just want to sleep. They will become crybaby or easily angry. Family members must pay attention to counseling.

Month 4: Mixed

The early pregnancy symptoms gradually disappear. Due to not eating well for several months, the pregnant mother will suddenly have a big appetite. However, it is still necessary to control diet to prevent weight gain too fast. Because this month, the pregnant mother begins to show her pregnancy and her body gradually becomes plump, which will cause a feeling of falling and swelling. Leg cramps will also occur.

Month 5: Bulky

The weight of the fetus is increasing, and the amount of amniotic fluid is also increasing. Not only does the pregnant mother's belly get bigger, but her hip and chest circumference also increase a lot. In this month, the pregnant mother will feel the fetal movement. It is relatively weak at the beginning, and gradually becomes stronger in the later period. Stretch marks gradually appear, and fetal dreams begin to appear.

Sixth month: Back pain

As the belly grows, the body will gradually lean forward, pulling on the waist muscles. In the later stages of pregnancy, the calcium demand increases, which also causes back pain. The uterus gradually grows to the same level as the navel, squeezing the internal organs, causing the fetus to have difficulty breathing and more obvious fetal movements. If hemorrhoids or constipation occur, you should also pay attention to your diet and eat more vegetables and fruits rich in dietary fiber.

Seventh month: dizziness and chest tightness

In the middle and late stages of pregnancy, the amount of blood in pregnant women increases by 40%. The increase in blood volume and the lack of timely iron supplementation will cause physiological anemia in pregnant women, which can lead to dizziness. The heart also needs to supply blood and oxygen to both the pregnant mother and the fetus. If the supply is insufficient, it can also cause dizziness or shortness of breath. During the same period, edema and false labor contractions begin to appear.

Eighth month: Reduced mobility

The fetus, amniotic fluid, and placenta will expand the uterus. The center of gravity of the pregnant mother's body will move forward further, and back pain, leg cramps, etc. will continue to worsen. Insomnia will become more obvious, and you can replenish your energy by taking a nap during the day. If you go out for a walk, you must be accompanied by your family to protect the pregnant mother.

Ninth month: Diet challenges

After 33 weeks, the weight of the fetus increases rapidly, about 500 grams per week. Pregnant mothers need to strictly control their diet. If the fetus is small, it is necessary to supplement nutrition to prevent the fetus from being too light and difficult to care for. If the fetus is large, it is necessary to control the diet to avoid macrosomia and dystocia. This month, pregnant mothers have obvious frequent urination. Traveling for more than one hour needs to be planned in advance. In case you can't find the toilet in a hurry.

The 10th month of pregnancy is the most difficult

Even if victory is in sight, pregnant mothers will experience various discomforts. For example, the belly is too heavy, and walking is unstable; it is difficult to pick up things that have fallen. Sleep is not good, and you can only take a nap to fill your stomach. Because the fetal head descends, pregnant mothers not only have back pain, but also pain in the thigh root.

Prenatal checkups will be reduced to once a week. If you have any signs of labor, you need to see a doctor immediately. You should not be stubborn about whether to have a natural birth or a caesarean section. You must follow the doctor's advice and put your own and your baby's health first.
