Neil Ferguson, professor at the School of Public Health at Imperial College London, found that even if home isolation measures effectively curb the spread of the epidemic, people who are obese or have other diseases have a higher mortality rate.

Asked how individuals can prepare for infection, Ferguson said: “It’s always better to stay in shape and be healthy.”

The correct way to reduce sugar intake is to reduce excessive sugar intake while fully consuming nutrients such as protein, fat, vitamins and minerals. If the three meals a day are nutritionally balanced, you can lose weight healthily without restricting spicy and greasy foods.
